Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore included in this latest image disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing different parts of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

More materials released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
